Job Description:
The Customer Care Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Care Agent will interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
2. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Interact with customers in-person and over the phone
5. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree, HND, or Diploma
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
5. Customer service experience is a plus
