Job Description:
HCOWA Ghana Limited is looking for a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs across various media platforms to effectively communicate the brand message.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, layouts, and illustrations.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns.
3. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
4. Work on both print and digital media, including social media posts, brochures, websites, and presentations.
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure innovative and modern outputs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a creative designer or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design projects.
4. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
