Job Description:
As a Business Manager at ICON, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the service outlet as a profitable and self-financing business. This includes managing the outlet efficiently and profitably, handling employment and personnel issues, marketing and sales, inventory control, financial management, and compliance with operational standards. This role reports to the Retail Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service outlet.
2. Handle employment and personnel issues.
3. Implement marketing and sales strategies.
4. Control inventory and manage financial operations.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A master’s degree will be an advantage.
3. Completion of National Service.
4. Experience in a fuel or general retail service center is an advantage.
5. Knowledge of inventory management, financial reporting, and operational compliance.
6. Familiarity with the fuel service industry’s health, safety, and environmental standards.
