Job Description:
Responsible for turning data into critical insights that drive business decision-making. Reports to the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics and collaborates with BI analysts, managers, and business teams to build analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with BI analysts and business teams to develop analytical solutions.
2. Perform quality checks and validate data on BI tools.
3. Report and follow up on data issues with IT (MIS).
4. Support BI work stream projects and implementation of new BI tools.
5. Analyze complex data sets to generate business insights.
6. Monitor BI tool effectiveness and track product performance trends.
7. Prepare reports and deliver presentations on BI insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
2. 2 years of relevant experience in Telecom, FMCG, or MIS.
3. Strong business acumen and understanding of key marketing metrics.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and data analysis tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
