Job Description:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
3. Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
2. Prior experience in the sales industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
