Job Description:
Revé Maison Ghana is looking for an artsy, creative Architectural Designer to join our team. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects to meet world-class standards. You will also be expected to create detailed drawings and specifications, as well as oversee the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality.
3. Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software (Revit, 3ds Max with Vray or Enscape, Lumion) or any approved equal software.
4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
6. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
7. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs.
10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Architectural Designer.
3. Proficient in Revit, 3ds Max with Vray or Enscape, Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite or any approved equal software.
4. Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Ability to conceptualize and develop design solutions.
8. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
9. Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
10. Experience with project management and budgeting.
11. Experience with construction documentation and detailing.
12. Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and contractors.
