Job Description: 
Loncha Ghana is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in interior and kitchen design, utilizing technical expertise to deliver innovative and functional solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, managing projects, and producing high-quality designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and innovative designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software.
  • Manage design projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and execute design concepts.
  • Provide technical expertise on materials and construction processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in interior or kitchen design.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools.
