Job Description:
The Administrative Officer will oversee the general management of office buildings and facilities, ensuring smooth operations. This role will also involve drafting and managing official correspondence, maintaining an organized filing system, and supervising office security, gardening services, and general maintenance, including vehicle maintenance and driver activities. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Officer will manage office petty cash, disburse funds with proper documentation, and ensure the timely supply of office materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee general management of office buildings and facilities
2. Draft and manage official correspondence
3. Maintain an organized filing system for company records
4. Supervise office security, gardening services, and general maintenance
5. Manage office petty cash and ensure the timely supply of office materials and services
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and databases
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks
5. Customer service experience is a plus
