Job Description:
Youth Advocates Ghana is seeking a skilled Website Designer to enhance our online presence and support our advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our mission and initiatives. This position reports to the IT and Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s website.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and responsiveness.
  • Update and manage website content to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to implement branding guidelines.
  • Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website design and development with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in web design tools and languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
