Job Description:
The Site Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care and first aid to employees on-site, ensuring workplace health and safety, and responding to emergencies. This role involves monitoring employees’ health, offering basic treatment, and promoting health awareness among staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
2. Assess and treat minor injuries or illnesses and refer serious cases to medical facilities.
3. Maintain medical records and document all treatments provided.
4. Conduct routine health checks and screenings for employees.
5. Educate staff on workplace health and safety procedures.
6. Ensure the site’s first aid kits and medical supplies are stocked and up to date.
7. Collaborate with safety officers to implement health programs.
8. Report health and safety incidents to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an occupational health nurse or similar role.
3. Valid nursing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
4. Strong knowledge of first aid procedures and workplace health regulations.
