The Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and cultivate relationships. This role involves market research, presenting real estate offerings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage CRM leads and expand business in residential property markets.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company locally and internationally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
