Job Description:
AI Energy Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil Marketing Industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for coordinating with transporters, ensuring smooth dispatch operations, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves sales and marketing activities as well as strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with transporters to ensure truck availability for loading.
2. Submit daily field reports and reconcile with the Finance Team.
3. Ensure timely submission of waybills and dispatch invoices to the Finance Team.
4. Conduct weekly reconciliation with Bulk Distribution Companies (BDCs) and fuel depots.
5. Share periodic updates from depots on industry changes and advancements.
6. Participate in sales and marketing of the company’s products and services.
7. Identify and share potential business leads and strategic partnership opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or HND in a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an Oil Marketing Company.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong sales background with proven customer service experience.
7. Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop business partnerships.
8. Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
