Job Description:
The General Laborer will be responsible for performing various manual tasks on-site to support mining operations. This role involves assisting with material handling, equipment maintenance, and general site cleanliness while following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
2. Perform basic site maintenance, including clearing debris and organizing work areas.
3. Support skilled workers with tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
4. Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
5. Follow all safety regulations and wear protective gear as required.
6. Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures.
7. Report any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors.
8. Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Basic education (JHS/SHS certificate preferred).
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a labor-intensive role, preferably in mining or construction.
3. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
4. Willingness to work in outdoor and high-risk environments.
