Job Description:
The Enrolled Nurse will assist in providing basic nursing care, supporting registered nurses and doctors in patient management. The role involves monitoring patients, administering basic treatments, and ensuring a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the daily care of patients, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
2. Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to senior nurses or doctors
3. Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments under supervision
4. Maintain accurate patient records and assist in documentation
5. Ensure hygiene, infection control, and safety standards are met
6. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
7. Assist in emergency situations and provide first-aid care as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Certificate or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
2. Valid nursing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Ability to work under supervision and follow medical protocols
