Job Description:
Faith ColdStore is seeking six qualified Branch Managers to oversee its cold storage operations in Tamale. The ideal candidates will ensure efficient daily operations, stock control, compliance with safety regulations, and effective team management within a cold chain logistics setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the cold store facility
2. Monitor stock levels, rotation, and handling to prevent spoilage
3. Maintain temperature controls and refrigeration system checks
4. Ensure compliance with food storage, health, and safety regulations
5. Coordinate inbound/outbound product movement for timely delivery
6. Implement and improve inventory systems such as FIFO/FEFO
7. Supervise and train staff while enforcing company policies
8. Oversee product loading/offloading to maintain quality
9. Prepare operational reports, including inventory and temperature logs
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or cold store management
3. Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control
4. Strong knowledge of food safety and cold chain logistics
5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
6. Ability to work in cold environments and perform physical tasks
