Job Description:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. This role involves maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting various departments with administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
3. Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
6. Maintain an organized record-keeping system for easy document retrieval.
7. Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when needed.
8. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
