Job Description:
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves providing excellent customer service, organizing inventory, and handling sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
3. Handle cash and card transactions accurately
4. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
5. Ensure proper display and arrangement of products
6. Assist in promotional activities and marketing efforts
7. Provide information about services and products to customers

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Senior High School Certificate or higher qualification
2. Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
5. Basic knowledge of sales and inventory management
