Job Description:
Buwelo Ghana is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations and manage the company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to lead a team, ensuring the stability and security of IT systems. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee IT operations and manage the company’s technology infrastructure.
2. Ensure the stability and security of IT systems.
3. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in IT Operations.
2. BSC in IT, Computer Science or related field.
3. Strong knowledge in relevant coding languages.
4. Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
