Job Description:
Clinic is seeking an Administrator to oversee administrative operations, ensure efficiency, and support the management team. The role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures
2. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulations
3. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
5. Support management in planning and decision-making
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2. Professional certification in healthcare management is an added advantage
3. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
