Job Description:
The Chinese Translator will be responsible for translating Chinese to English/Twi and vice versa (both oral and written). This role involves explaining activities to workers on the field, supporting and reviewing general office work related to Chinese documents. The Chinese Translator will report to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Chinese to English/Twi and English/Twi to Chinese (oral and written).
  • Explain activities to workers on the field from Chinese to English or from English to Chinese.
  • Support and review general office work related to Chinese documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Linguistics (Chinese) from the Confucius Institute at the University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast, or any recognized university across the globe.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Translator.
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite and able to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
