We are hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. This role involves coordinating executive tasks, managing schedules, running errands, and assisting with both professional and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
2. Run personal and office-related errands.
3. Support with community activities and events.
4. Prepare and compile reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to use WhatsApp professionally.
6. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
7. Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.
