Job Description:
Avaani Design is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our furniture manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with product specifications while managing supply chain logistics and coordinating with design teams to meet market trends and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize furniture production processes.
- Ensure products meet high-quality standards and design specifications.
- Coordinate with design teams to integrate manufacturing with market trends.
- Manage supply chain logistics, including raw material procurement.
- Supervise inventory control to maintain production efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or production management.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
